Excuses, excuses and excuses. This is how our brain works whenever we try to leave our comfort zone. But what can we do to avoid this? I’ll let you know that we can’t avoid finding excuses, but we can overcome them.

Starting a fitness journey is hard, I know. Leaving your comfort zone is extremely hard because our bodies always look for the easiest way to handle things. I know you have more than 100 excuses not to start your fitness journey today, but if you change your mindset and facilitate some small actions, everything will become more manageable but not easy.
I won't lie to you; starting from zero is hard. Starting will be challenging if you’ve been without health habits, but we can facilitate this.
For example:
Your routine is something like this: You wake up every morning at 7 a.m., have breakfast, go to work, work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., have dinner, and go to bed. You’ve been doing this every day for a long time. Your diet is far from good. You always eat what is easier and quick because you don’t want to “waste” time eating and always choose the cheapest meal.
You always planned to start at the gym but failed because you felt super tired and thought you didn’t have time for it.
Whenever you decide to change your life and become more healthy, you create 100 excuses not to start. “I’m tired; I don’t want to be super muscular; I'd rather sleep 30 minutes more than go to the gym. After work, I want to go home and rest; I can’t spend money on gym and diet right now…” We can stay here creating 100 excuses.
Scenarios like that are common nowadays, and you are not the only one passing through this. But we’re here today not to give you a recipe but to show you one path to overcome this.
So, how can you start changing this situation?
First: Define your goals.
Your goals must be SMART.
S pecifc
M easurable
A chievable
R elevant
T ime-Bound

Second: Find your path. If you don’t know where to start, ask for professional help.
Third: Create small goals that will lead you to your main goal.
Your Goal is to lose 30 pounds.
Small goals:
Buy a membership gym.
Find a professional to help you.
Eat one healthy meal a day.
Go to the gym 3x per week.
*Small must be something you can do easily and frequently until it becomes a habit.
Fourth: Facilitate your life to make you overcome the excuses.
It is difficult to go to the gym early in the morning because you have to wake up super early and organize your day.
One good solution can be the night before; organize your following day. Have your gym clothes ready, prepare your meal for the entire day, and set up your schedule for the next day.
It is super hard to be on a diet because my partner does not want to do it.
One good solution is to do your groceries, cook your meals, find good recipes to make every meal more tasteful, and invite your partner to help you.
One good challenge that you can practice right now:
FOR EVERY EXCUSE, YOU HAVE TO CREATE A SOLUTION.

We must have a solution for everything in our lives. Sometimes, we don’t know the solution to a specific challenge, but if we stop and let our brains work or ask for help, we’ll find the best solution.
Sometimes, events happen that we don’t have control over, and we have to manage them at that moment but not stress too much about them. When the event is out of our control, there isn’t much to do. But if you stress too much about it, other things in your daily routine will be destroyed. If it is out of your control, don’t stress. Do what you can do and let the time solve it.
What is 100% right is that we have a solution for every excuse that we create in our minds.
